My wife and I had a wonderful time at the cooking class. Irene made us feel very welcome, and the chefs showed us how to make a fantastic Sicilian meal. The venue, food, wine, and staff were all exceptional. We’ll definitely stay with them when we come back to Sicily.

THANK YOU! The rooms were great, the food was top-shelf, and cycling in the area was fantastic. Irene and her team were better than 5 out of 5 stars. Sleeping so close to the volcano made for an incredible experience, and the views in every direction were stunning. My room was super comfortable, and the food was fresh and delicious. A perfect spot to try all things pistachio! The owner is so sweet and made sure I was looked after the whole time. I can’t recommend it enough. Take me back!

Irene and the whole team made us feel at home over a weekend full of Sicilian hospitality, food, and wine. The tour to Etna was a unique experience, and the dinners were next level. Highly recommend ✨

We had a nice time sitting outside for dinner, with stunning views. It was Sunday, and apparently there weren’t many guests, since my husband and I were the only ones eating. The receptionist stepped in as our server and was very kind and attentive. We started at the pool bar, where the staff were excellent, and the pasta was great. It did feel a little strange with almost no other guests around, though the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. The AC was noisy, and breakfast was almost nothing, definitely not worth 9 euros per person. Maybe it’s better when more than three rooms are booked.
