Marianna made our meals especially enjoyable. She was warm, attentive, professional, and spoke so many languages, which was a real help. The food felt Michelin-level every day, and the wellness facilities, design, and service were all world-class. Everything ran smoothly and showed real attention to detail. Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz was phenomenal from start to finish. We can't recommend it enough and will 100% return.

Marianna made our evenings special with her kind, professional service. The staff were friendly and professional throughout, and the food was excellent and beautifully presented. We loved the modern, clean, comfortable rooms and relaxing wellness and spa after a day on the slopes. The hotel is right by the ski slopes, which is perfect. We could easily have stayed another week without leaving the hotel. There are heated outdoor pools, a plunge pool, saunas, and even a climbing wall. The Finnish sauna was a standout, with unique scented and beer-infused infusions. We were traveling with our dog, and the reception team kindly looked after him while we went to the spa. Thanks especially to Evelin, Sorin, and the whole team for making us feel welcome. The restaurant and bar had high-quality food, menus that changed daily, and friendly, attentive service. Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz has exceptional design inside and out, with staff to match. One of our favorite hotel stays ever, and we can't wait to return.

The restaurant was the highlight for me. Every dish was beautifully presented and balanced, and Daniela and Marianna were professional, friendly, and naturally warm with us. The location at the foot of Kronplatz works well for skiers and other mountain lovers, with easy cable car access and stunning views. Inside, the rooms were spacious, peaceful, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully finished with quality materials. Falkensteiner Kronplatz brings together modern Alpine design, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. It’s an easy place to want to return to.
