We've been coming to Hotel Goldene Rose every year for 12 years, sometimes twice in one winter. The staff are always so kind and helpful, and the breakfast restaurant staff are especially friendly. We usually book one of the larger 50 m² rooms. They're spacious, comfortable, clean, and have a lovely view of the city. I'd suggest choosing a larger room if you want more comfort. The hotel is right in the heart of beautiful Bruneck. Thanks for all the lovely times we've spent here. Regards, Nives Tarle Bajić and Goran Bajić

Breakfast was decent, and the person working there was the friendliest staff member we met. The front desk experience wasn't as good. Our first room had a strong fragrance; they weren't keen to move us, but did swap rooms. The bike parking didn't feel very secure. The garage gate seemed easy to open with its sensor, so I'd like to see another gate or bars where bikes could be locked. The elevator and 24-hour check-in machine were both out of order.

The rooms were spacious enough and very clean, and breakfast had a decent variety. Everyone was kind and helpful. The hotel is right in the central area, which is a great location. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

The balcony was huge, with a beautiful Mountain View, and the room itself was enormous and very clean. Service was friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of jams and artisanal breads. Great value for the price, right in the town center.

A nice hotel near the centre. Reception staff could be more proactive about helping guests.
