Appartamenti a Villa Santa Maria

The patio and garden overlooking the pool were really comfortable. The apartment had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room with a handy kitchen and dishwasher. Furnishings were functional, and the kitchen was well equipped with good-quality items, which isn’t always the case in vacation rentals. Everything was spotless, including the linens and towels. The washing machine is in the large garage beside the apartment. The town center and beaches are both under five minutes away by car. A very positive stay.

Our apartment was just right for us. No. 7 is on the first floor, a little to the left, and has loads of room: a big kitchen and living area, two bedrooms with an extra bed in each, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub. It looks out over the garden, so the road noise didn't bother us at all. The furnishings were very good and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only small snag for us was the balcony by the entrance. The sunset view is lovely, but the air conditioning unit outside takes up enough space that the table area feels a bit cramped. It might bother someone else more than it did us. The pool is large and clean. If you prefer the beach, it's about a 15-minute walk, and town is around 30 minutes away.

The pool area is lovely, with an umbrella, deckchairs and private loungers. The house also has plenty of space for six, plus a washing machine and dishwasher. It's in a nice spot just outside San Vincenzo. A little more attention to detail would make this a five-star stay.

The road noise made this place torture for us, since we're used to sleeping somewhere quiet. The Aurelia provincial road beside it is busy from around 5:00-5:30 in the morning until late at night. Its surface is also badly warped and pitted, so passing vehicles make even more noise. If peace and quiet, especially at night, matters to you, I'd avoid it.
