My room had a hot spring facing the gondola, superb! The location was the best, and the service was fantastic. The hotel ladies made us feel at home, really special.

We were there from 12/20-01/5, and the hotel surpassed all our expectations. It’s small, but the staff created a real family atmosphere, with top-level service and requests handled right away. The room was thought through down to the smallest detail, with our own sauna and a large jacuzzi bath. The hotel is in a top location, the closest to the ski lift. The birthday cake and greetings were especially appreciated. It was unexpected and very pleasant. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks to the whole team for such a warm welcome!❤️

The jacuzzi had a lot of chlorine, which I didn’t like. They could adjust it and keep it at a normal level. Otherwise, K1 Mountain Chalet made my vacation perfect. The chalet seemed like a great place for families, as I only saw women working during my stay and no men around. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They contacted you on WhatsApp with tourist spot suggestions or to see if you needed anything. The rooms and living room all had air conditioning. The kitchen had everything needed to cook, and the place was super clean. The room was a good size; the beds were about 80% comfortable, and extra pillows were available if needed. Breakfast didn’t have much variety, but suited all ages, with all kinds of eggs served. It ended at 10:30, but they would message if you needed breakfast before clearing it away, even after the end time.

I stayed at K1 Mountain Chalet from 4-10-2023 until 7-10-2013. The place was more than amazing, with a great location. Our room was modern, clean, and spacious, which made us comfortable. The secure garage access felt very safe. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The cheerful, kind employees helped us with everything. I’d especially like to thank Margareth, Michaela, and Hana for the way they treated us. 🇦🇪♥️🇮🇹
