It’s only three minutes from Riscone/Brunico Kronplatz station. The hotel runs a shuttle in the morning and will pick you up in the afternoon until 5pm. The driver was incredibly kind: one day we left our backpack in the ski room, and he went back to get it for us. The hotel is nice and the food is good, but we found the five-course dinner too much and it made the meal drag on, so we cut it short. A few things could be improved. There was no toaster at breakfast, which seemed odd since even lower-rated hotels we've stayed at had toast. There’s only a bin in the bathroom, so another one in the room would help. The bathrooms have no windows, and although we were told the fans turn on based on humidity, we felt they needed constant ventilation.

The front desk let us use the pool and spa even though we arrived just a few minutes before they closed, which we really appreciated. We had a great time and enjoyed the good food. The rooms are newly renovated, and the stay was very comfortable. Thanks again, we’d definitely come back. 5*.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern equipment. The staff are always pleasant and willing to help. Dinner was tasty every time, with plenty of variety and a lot of the chef's imagination and artistry.
