Kronplatz is close by, which was a huge bonus for skiing. This family-run hotel has several generations working side by side, welcoming guests with genuine warmth. The rooms were very comfortable, the food outstanding, and the spa lovely. I’ve traveled around the world and stayed in many fine places, but the service here beats what I’ve had at five-star hotels. It’s made my top five, and I can’t wait to return.

Everything was clean and tidy, and the spa stayed uncrowded. It had everything you’d need, with a large relaxation area. The hotel also organizes a wide range of options and events for sports, hikes and other outdoor activities. Staff were friendly yet professional, and helped with our special requirements. The food was fantastic, with lots of variety and ingredients whose quality you could taste. The place is beautifully designed, with attention to tiny details, and feels cozy while still looking smart. I booked after reading the great reviews and arrived with high expectations, which were met. No place is perfect, but you do get your money’s worth and are sure to have a good time. I usually like exploring somewhere new, but I’ll definitely come back.

The hotel's location worked perfectly for all the Dolomites adventures we had planned, with beautiful scenery all around. My wife, kids and I felt at home and didn't want to leave. Our spacious, cozy room had a lovely design and stunning mountain views. The food was fresh, delicious and thoughtfully prepared, so every meal felt special. Service was attentive and kind, always with a smile. Hotel Petrus is family owned, and that care comes through in every detail. The whole family is involved, and we felt their genuine hospitality from the moment we arrived. Our stay was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you to the entire Petrus family. Highly recommend!

The staff's behavior and the property itself were standouts. Check-in was excellent and easy. Since we arrived rather late and everything was closed, and was closed again the next day, the staff promptly offered property shower gel and shampoo when we asked. They also dropped us off at the apartment where we were staying and suggested a couple of must-go places. Dinner tables weren't available, so I'd suggest reserving one sooner.
