We booked months ahead, but when we arrived around noon the building was closed and nobody was there. We had seen somewhere that check-in was possible after 14:00, so we came back two hours later. Still no one, and the phone number provided was disconnected. We couldn't get in or reach anyone by ringing. We spent an hour on the phone with the booking agent trying to find somewhere else. Don't waste your time booking this.

The room was fairly nice and clean, but the rest was a disaster. Calling it a bed and breakfast is a stretch: there was no breakfast, and the coffee machine was broken, so we ended up eating at a nearby bar. We had no blankets for the night, even though we'd reported the problem, and none were brought to us. Worst of all, the entrance door was left open, so anyone could come in. There was no staff at all, not even a porter or caretaker, which made that especially uncomfortable. We paid over 90 euros for one night, so it wasn't exactly cheap.

The check-in instructions and terminal are clear and easy to use, though they really should swap the keyboard for a QWERTY one. The hotel is clean and generally okay, but the lack of staff feels a bit unsettling. Breakfast is basically nonexistent, just Estathé, Mulino Bianco tarts, and rusks. The air conditioning and heat pump were too noisy to leave running all night, and on a very cold day we woke up half frozen. At €30 a night, this would have been excellent. At €45...

There weren't any blankets in the room, so we had to leave the air conditioning on full blast all night. The two vending machines cost extra, and despite appearances this isn't really a Bed and Breakfast, since there's no breakfast. Self check-in didn't work for us. There are phone numbers to call, but nobody answers straight away, and it took about half an hour to get a key code. I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms are modern, well equipped, maintained, and soundproofed. Breakfast was disappointing: at 7:30 there was no coffee and no notice explaining why. I also couldn't find anywhere to leave dirty dishes, so I left my cup on the floor. Having no staff could be a plus, but here it felt like a drawback.
