Claudia was the reason we could pull off a wedding in Italy from the USA. She helped us through the planning with recommendations for everything we could think of, from a florist to bus tours, and always came through with great options. My husband and I joke that planning the wedding there with Claudia was easier than it would have been in the US. During our week at Palazzo Vanneschi, someone was always around to help, whether we needed a hair dryer or support on the wedding day. The rustic accommodations were excellent and had plenty of room for our family and friends. We’re so happy we chose it and keep recommending it to everyone.

We spent nine months in touch with Claudia while planning our September 2018 wedding at Palazzo Vanneschi. She and Roza helped with most of the suppliers, and Claudia found us Gabriella, an incredible chef who cooked for both families three times a day. She somehow turned out amazing five-course dinners and catered to everyone’s dietary needs. There were 13 of us staying, two families with discerning taste, and everyone loved the character of the place, the thoughtful touches and the stunning pool. I’d recommend staying here or holding an event here, especially because Claudia was so wonderful. Grazie di cuore!

It’s a large villa with a lot of history, and a good base for exploring other parts of Italy. Having a rental car makes the stay much easier. Without one, you’ll need to depend on tour providers to get around.
