The polo club was the surprise that made this stay special. We knew nothing about the sport beforehand, but each morning we ate breakfast while students practiced and stable staff took dozens of horses out for walks. By our last day we were visiting the stables to pet them and had even watched a polo match. We were nearby for a friend’s wedding and appreciated the hotel more with each day. At first, the rooms, pool and breakfast seemed standard for a 3* place: there were fridges in the rooms, a simple breakfast and a pool. The hot tub wasn’t by the main pool, though, and we never found it. Housekeeping was efficient and service friendly overall.

My wife and I stayed here in September 2023 on our honeymoon road trip in our old Fiat. We wished we could have stayed longer and are hoping to plan a return. The room had a fantastic view, the welcome and service were warm and friendly, breakfast was lovely, and they had excellent wine. Best regards, Evelina & Philip.

We had the most delicious fish and seafood we’ve eaten in Tuscany, and the surroundings were lovely too. The service was outstanding, with complimentary champagne, a starter and limoncello to finish. Amazing meal.

Beautiful views over a polo field, and the food was amazing 👌🏻. A warm, family-run place. Strongly recommended if you’re in the area!
