Budoni Beach Hotel

Pretty nice hotel close to a beach, though there are a few minor inconveniences.

It's a bit out of the way, so you'll definitely need a car.

You can walk to the beach, though it's not much to look at, especially when the wind has pushed all the seaweed onto the shore. With a small lake nearby, there are mosquitoes on the way there, and it doesn't feel like much of a "Sardinian" beach. The rooms are cozy, but the walls are very thin. The bathroom is nice, just cramped, and the space could've been used better. There's no mosquito netting on the windows, so we had to keep the air conditioning on. The TV had no signal, and there were a few cleaning snags, though nothing serious. We didn't sleep very well: the double bed was made up of two single mattresses, with a topper that was too big and completely off to one side. The place is nice for a night or two, but after that it could feel isolating. For nightlife you'd need a car, preferably to San Teodoro, since Budoni itself doesn't offer much.
