Alberto was really helpful with everything. The rooms were clean and very nice, and the location was great 👌

I stayed there some years ago and still remember the experience fondly. It was so good that I’ve recommended it to friends.

We booked this place for 12 people, including children, more than a year ahead, and had flights arranged. Just three days before departure, the landlord cancelled, saying there had been a credit card processing error. The card is in regular use and has never caused problems; it isn’t prepaid. We had made a very long-term booking in advance, and it felt as if the landlord accepted it, then kept offering the property at higher prices and cancelled our booking once it was rented for more. When we called to sort it out, the landlord hung up. Later calls went unanswered, and our emails got no reply. Suddenly we had nowhere for 12 people to stay.
