The service was top notch and made the whole stay run smoothly. The hotel was very clean and in a great location, and I had a really nice few nights there on my first trip to Rome. After seeing so much Italian architecture and art on the trip, I did wish the hotel had more character. Nothing about the stay really stood out as memorable or jaw dropping, but it was solid all around and a good place for a first time traveller.

We loved ending long sightseeing days at the cosy, welcoming rooftop bar. The view was amazing. The staff were just as lovely, from answering my emails within a day months before the trip to arranging transport and helping us feel welcome. When we arrived early and our room wasn't ready, they made a special effort to have it cleaned within an hour. They also marked the sights and the best routes on a map for us. The location is within walking distance of sights, shops, and restaurants, and the hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included, though I didn't get downstairs. My friends brought me a croissant and cappuccinos after the staff helped them prepare a little tray. The rumours are true, cappuccinos are the best in Italy! Highly recommend for a Rome visit.

The room was quite small and street noise carried inside, so light sleepers or anyone wanting more space should keep that in mind. Our key also stopped working several times, but the staff were always helpful when my husband went down to get it fixed. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff kind. Breakfast was pretty good, with fresh bread from the bakery right across the street and a choice of coffee. The central location made getting around Rome easy, with everything about a 15-30 minute walk away. A good option for a short stay, though I'm not sure I'd book again.

There's an amazing bakery right across the front door and plenty of good places to eat nearby. The rooms are small compared with American ones, but they're well laid out and make good use of the space. That's a pretty typical European size. The hotel is great value in a prime spot, within walking distance of major sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had good quality and variety.

We chose a small room, as the website clearly said it would be small, and it suited us perfectly. It was clean and pleasant, with a comfortable bed. The location is wonderful, breakfast was great, and the staff were lovely. We'll definitely stay here again on our next Rome visit.
