Capannizza Villas

We had a really relaxing stay at Nord Est Coat. The house is bright and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable, happy holiday. The quiet garden has a lovely heated pool, which was cleaned regularly while we were there. We also caught a fabulous sunrise. It's on the edge of town, around a 15-minute walk from the Old Town centre, an easy stroll. Budoni is very pretty, with lots of good bars and restaurants for evenings out. We'd definitely recommend both the area and the place. Thanks to Pasquale and his team.

We spent the first two weeks of May at Villa Alipinta with three adults and one child. It suited us perfectly, especially the outdoor space and fab pool. Pasquale and his family work hard to keep everything in order, and booking was easy and stress-free. We were grateful that Pasquale let us move our dates at the last minute after our flights were cancelled. The villas are well placed for the beach, the airport, and Budoni, which has great facilities and lovely residents. The whole area was very quiet out of season, and traffic noise never bothered us. A few small frustrations: it's fully self-catering, with no cleaning or linen and towel changes, and no top-ups of hand soap, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, or recycling bags. There's a hob but no oven or clothes dryer. The main annoyance was the recycling rules. They're frustrating six days a week, and being threatened with a fine at 7 in the morning for not separating cardboard from paper isn't something you expect on holiday.

Set in a gorgeous part of Sardinia and very close to the beach, Capannizza has become my favorite summer place. The staff are so friendly, and everything works as it should. I never want to leave, and I'd absolutely recommend it!

We stayed for a week in apartment number 5, and its huge terrace had a lovely view of the pool. It was exceptionally well equipped and spotlessly clean, so we felt at home right away. Budoni beach is beautiful and an easy walk away. Pasquale was always available, and Michele, his colleague, was really nice and helpful. The mattresses deserve a special mention, good ones are quite rare in Italy. We'll definitely be back!
