Mr. Franco made the holiday feel like home. He was very available whenever we needed anything, and I'm sure we'll come back. I highly recommend this residence. I stayed 10 days in July 2025 with my husband and two children. It's ideal for families, in a quiet area just steps from the center of Budoni and right by the sea, which is easy to reach on foot. The apartments are simple but have all the comforts, and the veranda is lovely for eating outside.

Franco manages this charming place with care, and the location is excellent, just a short walk from the sea. The apartment is laid out over two floors: living space and bathroom downstairs, bedroom upstairs. There's a roomy patio in front of the house.

Giuseppe and Barbara from Verona, August 2024. We've been returning to this lovely residence for years, and Franco has become a friend. He's a fantastic person, welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. The house sits among beautiful pine trees in a very peaceful spot, great for relaxing, with amenities nearby and the sea just steps away. We had a truly wonderful holiday and recommend it especially to families, though it's a great choice for everyone.
