We had Room A5 with a balcony, a corner room with a partial sea view, and found it lovely. The deluxe rooms are new and spotless, with a small safe and mini fridge. Hot water and the air conditioning and heater worked well and quietly. I’ve no complaints about the room. The balcony chairs could use fixing in places, and a lounger would be nice, especially for ground-floor rooms in cooler low-season weather. We came in April and it was very quiet; we were lucky with the weather. Staff were kind and welcoming. The breakfast was normal for Italy rather than a European-style spread, but had what we needed: eggs, filled croissants, cheese, yogurt, granola, fruit, nuts, and freshly ground machine coffee. There are washing machines for longer stays. We paid 94€ including breakfast, which felt fair. For a beach break, two or three days is probably enough since there isn’t much else to do. It’s a good place to slow down. The bus from Olbia takes about 1.5 H, or about 1 H from the airport on No 514, then it’s a 15-minute walk from the bus station. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the quiet hotel for a few days or a short stop in sardena.

The restaurant was a highlight for me. Every dish was flavorful and well prepared. The owner and staff were also very welcoming and attentive. I’d book in the newer buildings if you can. They’re modern and spacious, with a high standard of service. The older building, in my opinion, feels dated for its price, though it didn’t take much away from an otherwise very positive stay.

We’ve been back to this beautiful beachfront hotel five times, and enjoyed every stay. The rooms are new and everything is very clean. Breakfast is delicious, the service is great, and the cleaning staff are polite and friendly. The manager is a very friendly man and does a great job.

The beach is the reason this hotel worked for me, since it’s right by the water. But on my first day I stepped in a large pile of fresh dog poop. The owner laughed and said, “it's a natural thing”. After swimming, another big dog peed right where I was about to get out. I counted 15 dogs on the hotel beach that morning, doing their “business” around the place. If you’re okay with dog waste in the water or underfoot, it’s a good location. I have some sanitary standards, so it wasn’t for me. The rooms were modern, clean, a good size, and had a large balcony. The AC worked perfectly even in very hot weather, and the area was quiet and away from traffic. Breakfast was good, though I missed having an omelet station.
