Casale la Decima

The homemade breakfast, both sweet and savory, was a highlight, served on a lovely patio with calm music and the chance to chat with the hosts. Mario and Stefano are incredibly kind, attentive people, and we’re grateful for a stay we’ll remember. Their country home is about 20 minutes from Bologna, surrounded by fields and quiet. The rooms are tastefully furnished, with beds that are wonderfully comfortable. Outside, the lush garden is carefully kept, with charming little corners painted by Mario’s mum. It’s the sort of place that makes you slow down and listen to the countryside.

A warm welcome from a very kind family, in a quiet, pleasant place. Breakfast was good too.

Super 💪

Breakfast was a real feast, with fresh desserts, excellent cheese, prosciutto, and ham to choose from. The two owners, brothers, were genuinely friendly and attentive, while still giving us space to enjoy the meal in peace. We spent one night here as a family, and the whole stay exceeded our expectations. The rooms had lots of light and space, with charming vintage Italian-style decor. The bedding was spotless, smelled wonderful, and made for a very comfortable night. The peaceful, well-kept surroundings added to the relaxed feel, with soft music playing in the morning. The location is excellent, the area quiet, and cleanliness outstanding. Highly recommended, 10/10.
