Mille Soli Bed and Breakfast

The room was spacious and clean, and parking right out front was convenient. We’d read about breakfast in reviews, but they aren’t serving it at the moment, which is a shame since it sounded tempting. Also, the nearby neighbor who lets his dog bark in the middle of the night should think about people trying to get some rest!

The owner was really kind and helpful, and we liked having the local activity brochures around. They were useful. The place is handy for getting to the city centre, and although there’s no reserved parking, there are lots of spaces on the street. We spent a night in the Sunset room. It was very clean and had a fridge, TV, air conditioning, kettle with drinks, and a small table. Breakfast was excellent, with a sea view. The anti-Covid rules were fully respected. A couple of small things could be better: there was no shower mat, so we used a towel to keep the floor dry, and no drying rack in the room. There was one at the entrance for everyone to use, I think.

The breakfast was excellent, with homemade pastries and plenty more. It's a 10-15 minute walk to both the centre and the port, and check-in and check-out were easy and flexible. We had a nice room, a clean bathroom, and a kettle for making tea. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended, especially since Buggerru is a must-see.

We were walking the Camino de Santa Barbara and had to get up very early. The owner brought homemade cakes and fruit juice to our room so we wouldn't go without breakfast, and she also made us sandwiches with local products. The place is well cared for, but it's the people running it who add that special something you can't buy. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful.
