The sea view is lovely, and breakfast was good. The rooms and hotel are nice, but there’s noise from traffic, screaming kids, barking dogs, dock work, and people outside, going on all day and late into the night. The windows don’t block it well. Even the bathroom fan is really loud, so using it at night wakes the other person in the room.

After about 7 AM, the noise can be a lot, with doors slamming, people running around, and shouting. It felt like trying to sleep in a World War II trench. So this place suits early risers best. The location is excellent, with hiking trails and good restaurants nearby, and the rooms are comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a delicious, wide range of choices.

The beach and town centre are both within a five-minute walk, which we really liked. We stayed three nights and were very happy with our choice. Everyone we met, from reception to breakfast and housekeeping, was friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, and breakfast had plenty of sweet and hearty options. We'd gladly come back.

Buggerru is a lovely place for a few days. I'd definitely recommend paying a little extra for a room with a sea view.

The staff were our favourite part. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and happy to answer our questions. They also helped us book boat tours and figure out where to find the room scent, which I’ll always love because it reminds me of our wonderful trip. My husband and I stayed for 5 days and loved this beautiful hotel and its setting, especially how close it is to nearby beaches. The restaurant serves fresh, delicious seafood, and our waiter, Andreas, gave us some amazing recommendations. We’ll absolutely recommend the hotel to our friends.
