It’s a simple, clean, affordable place, and we’d definitely stay again. The location is superb and easy to navigate from, with a straight walk to piazza del popolo in about 15 minutes, passing lots of nice cafes, and another 20-30 minutes on foot to the main tourist sights. The room was spacious, with an en-suite and balcony, and it was very clean. We had plenty of fresh towels and bedding. The pictures need updating because the furniture and wall pictures are different, which could feel misleading. Still, it was perfect for me and my two children. We arrived around 9pm without information about contacting the owner or getting into the building. Another tourist let us in. I found the contact details on a booking reference and called. They apologized and sent the access details. If you book through a holiday website, it seems the company may not pass your details to the owners properly, so they might not get the information to you. Once I reached them on WhatsApp, they were extremely helpful. I’m sharing this in case it happens to someone else, as it was quite scary not knowing what to do with my children.
