The Ficus Apartment worked perfectly for our group, one single person and one couple. The kitchen had everything we needed to make good meals, and the fridge was big enough for a week of groceries. We loved the view over the Montalcino hills at night, and the sunrises and sunsets were just as lovely. Getting there felt like a dream, with a new gorgeous view around every bend. Even in October the grounds were full of flowers, like a postcard. Silvanna and Piergiorgio were the warmest hosts, and Marcelo showed us how to choose and use Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Silvanna also shared lots of good local places to visit, while Piergiorgio patiently answered our many questions about the property. The views are breathtaking, and the owners are such sweet people. It was a wonderful place to step away from the busy world and unwind.

April 2025. We stayed in the myrtus farmhouse for two, and could watch the day go from sunrise to sunset from the living room. The house had thoughtful touches throughout, and the surrounding area was just as incredible. Podere Cunina felt like a postcard version of Tuscany, right in its heart, and was ideal for relaxing. Silvana was a warm, friendly host who gave us helpful ideas for less touristy towns. She paid close attention to what we needed, and even offered herbs from her garden and a lemon for cooking. Supermarkets, basic supplies, and local sights were close by. You do need a car to reach the farm. We'd happily recommend it.

Silvana and Giorgio were the best part of an already beautiful stay. Their kindness, creativity, and humanity made meeting them and enjoying what they have created feel like a privilege. My husband and I spent five days at Podere Cunina. The farmhouse and grounds were kept beautifully, and the landscape is among the most stunning I've seen. It was a joy to stay there.

We stayed several nights in the Hedera suite in fall 2024 and loved both the accommodation and spending time with the owners. Marcello's wine tasting and cooking class were great, and their suggestions were all helpful. We hope to come back. Highly recommend it for a genuine Tuscan stay.
