Antica Corte

I was working from the common balcony for a while, and it was super cute. The room was very clean, with a comfy bed and a good shower. Check-in was easy, and the location was nice. I picked this B&B because I needed to be near the airport before leaving. Breakfast was set out in the room and fridge, so even though I had to leave at 6, I could still grab a few bites before heading out.

I stayed in room #12 on the first floor, where the kitchen and dining room are, along with another room. Mine was spacious, charmingly decorated, clean, and comfortable, with an ensuite bathroom. The lights, A/C, and hot water all worked well. I didn't watch TV, so I can't comment on it. The B&B is tucked off the main street facing a small alley, which helped keep things quiet. It was very quiet during my short stay, though there may simply have been no other travelers then. The location is very convenient for flights: about a 10 minute straight walk, with no turns, from Busto Arsizio Nord train station, and just one stop, a 5 minute ride, from Malpensa. Giulia was wonderful, organized, responsive, and accommodating. I arrived late at night and left very early the next day. Breakfast was well organized, with fruit and butter in a box labeled with my room number, left in the fridge overnight so I could get it early. I'd expect fresh bread during regular breakfast hours. There were also lots of cookies and teas in the room, which came in handy when I arrived late and every shop in town was closed, with a storm raging outside.

The rooms were really nice and clean, with powerful air conditioning, and there's a lovely balcony overlooking the rooftops. There's also a restaurant downstairs, though it isn't part of the hotel. Breakfast is included and ready to eat, mostly sweet things like yogurt, crackers, and muffins. Some is in a basket in your room, and the rest is in the shared kitchen fridge in a basket marked with your room number. They refill the baskets if you stay more than one night. A very friendly, kind employee handled check-in and helped with any problems. She speaks English very well. Nothing was wrong with the place. Thank you, five stars!

A good, affordable place to stay if you want to visit Milan or take the train to other places.
