Sunrise

What made our week especially relaxing was the peace and quiet, along with the stunning sea view. The property is just 10 meters from the sea and has a private beach. My partner and I found the apartment spacious, clean, and fully equipped, and there’s parking on site. The owner deserves a special mention: he was kind, easygoing, and helpful in a way that’s rare these days. Fresh croissants waiting for us at eight every morning say a lot about him. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys quiet and a beautiful sea. Thanks again for a truly restful week in Molise. I didn’t know the region before, but I appreciated its natural beauty and excellent food, as well as how gentle and polite the people are. Truly superb!

We had everything we needed in the adorable house, from towels to an amenity kit, and it was impeccably clean. The place is right on the seafront, with an umbrella, lounge chairs, inflatables, and a canoe available, plus private parking. Breakfast was brought by Mr. Giovanni, with fresh croissants; there was also a coffee machine and cold drinks. The owner and family were friendly. I recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise from the balcony.

We had a lovely stay at Sunrise. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our little balcony looked out over the sea, and we had our own private beach. Breakfast wasn’t part of the deal, but Mr. Giovanni still left a bag of croissants at our door each morning to get the day started. The apartment felt set up for outdoor living, and the furnishings weren’t very comfortable. I don’t think ours would work well in the colder months. The setting itself is lovely, right by the sea, with a big garden and a very peaceful feel. I imagine it gets noisier in summer because of the holiday complex next door.
