Buti has become one of my favorite towns in Italy, and this place is amazing. The location is great, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, and they’re above a wonderful cafe and restaurant. The hosts go out of their way to look after you. Highly recommend. Thank you, Rita!

Rita and her lovely husband Georgio made our stay extra special with their hospitality. This is a fabulous little hotel in a great spot in Buti village. The rooms are a good size, with a very comfortable bed, a roomy bathroom and a super-strong shower.

We’d definitely recommend B&B San Francesco to our friends. The room was spacious and pleasant, Rita was both lovely and helpful, and breakfast was the best, with homemade focaccia and torta. Our stay in Buti was even better than we expected.

The breakfast is generous and delicious, and the rooms are quiet, clean and pleasant. San Francesco is on a quiet street near the church of the same name, but still close to Buti’s main piazza. There’s a cafe and a fantastic trattoria right next door. Rita is a wonderful host and gives useful tips on places to visit and eat. If you’re coming to Buti, San Francesco is the place to stay.

We’d never stayed in a B&B before, so we’re really glad we chose Bed and Breakfast San Francesco. The owner is incredibly kind and caring, and the rooms work well for couples or families. A lovely place to stay if you’re in Tuscany.
