The pool sits at the top of the hill, with an amazing ski line. This whole countryside property covers a hill, and it's a lovely way to enjoy Tuscany.

Quiet and really nice, with olive trees all around.
We spent two weeks here with our two children and our dog, who was able to run around freely. It's a beautiful old house on a little hill, with spectacular views and a fantastic pool. The owners were always available and took care of everything, so we had a wonderful time. The winding drive up and down was exciting, though even I, a bit of a scaredy-cat, found it manageable. In return, you get peace and relaxation. It's an old house, so it's not a luxury stay, but if quiet is what you're after, it's perfect.
The grounds were in poor shape, with weeds everywhere, neglected hedges, and dead trees. We stayed a week, and the pool was never cleaned: dirt collected on the bottom and leaves and insects floated on the surface. The bathroom beside it was cleaned just once. Staff were there only when we arrived to give us the apartment and when we left to clean the units. The website does mention the 2 km dirt road to the agriturismo, but not its steep gradient or the many bends, some quite sharp. For almost the whole way, you can't pull over to let another car pass, with a forest drop on one side and a deep ditch on the other.
If you want peace and quiet close to Buti, this is just right. It's a beautiful place, and communication with the owner was excellent.
