You get plenty of room in your own area in town, even though other families share it. There are nice restaurants and cities very close by. Going to bed early can be a little hot, but thankfully there's AC.

The Tuscan setting is beautiful, peaceful, and authentic, and there's a lovely outdoor pool, though it had a bit too much chlorine. The cottage was a letdown. Its pots and pans, cutlery, 220V power, mattresses, and beds were all subpar. The bunk beds were close to collapsing, so the children had to sleep on mattresses on the floor. Upstairs, the air conditioning was very noisy and barely made a dent in the intense heat. We still sweated heavily and slept badly, so we weren't rested at all. That's what we needed the vacation for.
A lovely place with welcoming people, where you can have a calm, relaxing break just a short walk from the centre.
For a Tuscany trip where you want to see the genuine side of the region, Buti is the town to stay in. Absolutely fantastic.
A lovely holiday home, with the grounds kept in excellent condition.
