Our family is stuck in Dubai, sheltering in place because of a war, and there are no flights in or out. The hotel’s management has refused to offer a refund, partial refund, date change, or credit for us to use once flights resume. They simply don’t care that there’s a war and are happy to keep our money without helping us. The management team’s conduct is shameful.

The reception team really went out of their way for us, and the service was thoughtful and lovely. Our room felt premium for the price, with some interesting bathroom lighting, and the whole place seemed well put together. Breakfast was a lovely, fresh continental spread. Thank you for having us.

We’re back for our second stay and couldn’t recommend the hotel more. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location makes it an easy walk to the ski lifts. There’s a lovely bar for coffee or drinks, the breakfast is great, and the staff are some of the friendliest and kindest we’ve met.

We only stayed one night, before setting off on a two-day hike in the surrounding mountains, but it was a lovely visit. The modern rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, and they looked after our car overnight. We arrived later than expected, and the receptionist was welcoming and helpful anyway. Many thanks to the tall gentleman whose name I can't remember.

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, and the location couldn’t be more central. Staff were incredibly helpful, booking dinner for us each evening and printing our boarding passes. Breakfast was an impressive buffet, with gluten-free options and great coffee. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi didn’t really work in the rooms, though we didn’t find it much of a problem.
