The breakfast was good!

We booked through WhatsApp at the last minute for just one night, and they were very kind and helpful. Getting in with a code was really convenient. The breakfast and location were excellent.

The breakfast was excellent, the room spotless, and the host and staff were so kind. We had a lovely weekend using the place as our base for San Giovanni di Sinis and Maimoni, both just a short drive away. They were especially sweet with our dachshund Carlotta 🥰. Thank you so much!

The room itself was average, but the way the host handled things made the stay very unpleasant. I booked a triple room through Booking.com with a double bed and a single, and paid more for that setup because I didn’t want to share a bed with my friend. At check-in, which was still within the hours listed on the platform, the host seemed irritated and said the single bed wasn’t made because “you booked for two and not three.” After I explained why I’d chosen that room, she prepared the bed after a short wait, but accused us of making a mistake and said we weren’t entitled to it. When I tried to explain again, she raised her voice and kept saying “please, please, please” to stop me from talking. For the rest of our stay she wouldn’t speak to me and addressed only my friend. I checked with Booking.com customer service, who confirmed the room should have been set up with both beds regardless of guest count. They said the price difference for a third guest covered things like breakfast and cleaning, not making the bed. There was no effort to discuss it, and I felt treated with aggression and dismissal. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm, respectful stay.
