We came away feeling pampered, especially at breakfast, which Gabriella made deliciously. The setting is all meadows, greenery, and hills, a lovely escape from everyday life. Our dog had room to explore and walk freely, and Silvio and Gabriella were always kind and helpful. Their furry companions Rainbow and Luna were wonderful too. Thanks again, and see you next time! The setting is beautiful, and the pool is lovely, but our week here in August 2022 was a very disappointing experience for five people, four adults and a big teenager, in an apartment listed for seven. We paid a large sum and expected a much better standard. There were two bathrooms, but the shower had only a weak trickle of hot water, and one toilet would not flush properly because it lacked pressure. The beds were a major problem. The kitchen had a sofa bed with very poor, old mattresses, and the two bedrooms were connected. The double bed sagged and had very hard mattresses. The other room had two rickety bunk beds that adults couldn’t sleep in, with very old, visibly stained mattresses. There were stains on the bedding too. In the end, three of us slept on camping mats we’d brought. The small private terrace had chairs the owners warned us not to use because they were so old they might break. We fell through three garden chairs. The indoor chairs we’d put outside were taken away without a word and never came back. It looked clean at first glance, but there was dust everywhere underneath, including in the cupboards, and the crockery was dirty. When we complained to the unfriendly owner, she basically didn’t listen and told us to leave if we didn’t like it and complain to Holidu. We tried to find another place, but couldn’t find one for five at the last minute in high season. We’d booked through Holidu, which is connected to E-domizil. E-domizil’s mediation amounted to forwarding our complaint email to the owner. He promised them improvements, then ignored us for the rest of the week and changed nothing. The service from both the owners and E-domizil was very poor, and it made our stay no more pleasant. There was also a very sweet dog left alone on a chain all day. Very sad. It’s a real shame, because with some small improvements this could be a nice place. I’d suggest the owners invest in proper beds and mattresses, decent garden furniture, better cleaning, and a more customer-oriented approach. The location and surroundings are fantastic, and the pool is lovely, but it wasn’t worth what we paid. At that price, you expect a different standard.

The view was beautiful, and the pool was lovely. Our room was spotless, the welcome was warm, and breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommended!

The house is in a beautiful spot and has a really nice swimming pool, but the rest was very sad. We were five in an apartment for seven. There were two very old, rickety bunk beds, a sagging double bed, and a sofa bed in the middle of the kitchen. You could hear the fridge humming all night from the sofa bed. Its mattresses were awful and dirty, and the mattresses and bedding throughout were so filthy that we didn’t want to touch them, let alone sleep on them. The kitchen was tiny, partly because the sofa bed took up so much room, and it was dirty too. We had to wash all the dishes before using them. There were cobwebs in the crockery cupboard and a thick layer of dust. Outside, we had our own seating area, but the owner immediately advised us not to sit there because the garden furniture was so old. There was also a wasp nest. When we shifted some furniture slightly, it had all been put back by the time we returned, without anyone saying anything. It left us with no sense of privacy. When new people moved in next door, we were warned not to move the furniture anymore. When we complained about the mattresses, we were told we’d better leave. We were very disappointed with the owners, and it made it much harder to relax on holiday.
