Villa Colticciola

The owner was so kind, welcoming, and ready to help, and that warmth made me feel right at home. The property is clean and well cared for, with a spectacular valley view and a charming, relaxing atmosphere. I felt at ease straight away. This is a stay I'll always cherish.

We spent six nights there last week with our two children. A few things weren't quite right at first, but Augusto really went out of his way to make the stay enjoyable. The place is peaceful, beautifully situated, and well maintained, with attractions easy to reach. The rooms have a rustic feel and everything you need. Augusto is a fantastic, attentive host, alongside his full-time work as a farmer. Thank you so much for everything!

We had car trouble and arrived by taxi, so Augusto Cancellieri drove us to Cagli, where he'd arranged a place for us to eat, then came back to collect us. He and his wife were incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. Villa Colticciola itself is fantastic, with walls over a metre thick and rooms that feel like they belong in a castle.

The owners were so kind and helpful, and made us feel like family. The food deserves a special mention too: Augusto and his wife served an excellent dinner that both the adults and children loved 😋😋. We spent two nights at this lovely farmhouse surrounded by nature, with friends and children. The outdoor areas are organised and well kept; inside, the rustic apartments are comfortable, tidy, and clean. Each has its own fully equipped kitchenette. Everything was perfect!
