The terrace is a lovely place to try local food and drinks in the jacuzzi, with a beautiful view across Cagliari's historic center and part of the port. The location also makes it easy to get around, with downtown, Poetto beach, and excellent restaurants and pizzerias just a few steps away. Alessandro, the owner, is delightful, professional, and very kind, and is available for information or extra requests. Highly recommended for couples, whether you're after a romantic stay or not.

We had an unforgettable night here, and I'd recommend it to couples. The hot tub on the private terrace made for a really relaxing evening, and the room was beautiful, tidy, and elegant. There's also a spectacular view of Cagliari. The owner was very friendly and happy to help with extra requests. The room felt like something from the Arabian Nights.

We'd happily come back for a third stay. The apartment is lovely, right in the heart of Cagliari, with a view over the city and a big rooftop terrace with a hot tub. The old town is about a ten-minute walk away. Alessandro is friendly and helpful, gives great tips, and even makes reservations. Everything was perfect, and we enjoyed it just as much this time.

If you're too tired to go out, there's a great pizza option downstairs at Grains Pizzeria, made with high-quality ingredients. We had a perfect week, with a strategic location, attention to detail, lovely linens, and a warm welcome marked by kindness and attentiveness.

The room was spacious, bright, and well equipped, and there was everything we needed for breakfast and relaxed summer evenings on the incredible terrace. This renovated penthouse has a jacuzzi and a view, and the center is just 900 meters away, an easy walk. I'd recommend it and plan to return.
