The beds were okay and the air conditioning worked perfectly, but the apartment felt quite old and was a long way from the city center. We also saw a cockroach in the bathroom!

Self check-in was very easy and convenient, and I found the room neat and clean, with a fridge, TV, air conditioning, lots of towels, and a spacious bathroom with a very large shower. There is a pharmacy and a bar across the street, and the Metro M stop takes you straight to the city center. I did have a booking issue at first: Booking.com said the hotel had cancelled my reservation because my credit card had expired. The hotel got in touch and sent me a payment link, and the same card worked, so it was resolved right away. The staff were quick to sort it out and prompt in replying to messages.
