B&B Millefiori

Good spot.

We didn’t see anyone during our couple of days there, but handled everything over WhatsApp. The lady quickly sent all the information we needed about the stay and restaurants. The rooms felt welcoming and were very clean, and we liked being near many of the places we planned to visit. If we come back to Cagliari, Millefiori will be our first contact.

The rooms and common areas have been renovated and tastefully furnished inside a historic building on Via Dante. They were wonderfully quiet, and the king-size bed and mattress were magnificent. Access details came online, so check-in and check-out were easy to do independently. Ms. Vanna also deserves a mention for providing phone support and answering questions, just as the hotel websites promise. Millefiori is handy for both work and leisure, near the Palazzo di Giustizia, a stone’s throw from Monte Urpinu Park, and a few minutes on foot from the Castle. Shops and restaurants are close by, and public transport or a car can get you there easily. For parking, the APCOA covered lot on Via AMAT is nearby. It costs €10 for 24 hours, and is paid. My stay was short but very pleasant. Well done Millefiori, the good reviews are deserved.

Check-in is automatic through WhatsApp, and the location is convenient for both the center and buses to the beaches. The rooms are brand new and spotless. My only reservation is breakfast, which is just a cappuccino and a croissant. Still, I’d highly recommend the place.
