Brezza Marina Luxury Rooms

Gianni was a perfect host, friendly and helpful, with very good recommendations. We had a great stay in a very clean room on the 5th floor with a beautiful view. The location is excellent, close to the old center, restaurants and the shopping area. Thank you, Gianni!

We had a memorable stay at Breeze Marina, right in the heart of Caligari and within walking distance of restaurants, the port and bus station. Our room faced the port and had a sea view. It was simple but exceptionally clean, quieter than many 5 stars hotels I've stayed in, and had everything we needed: a full minibar, AC and black-out shades for a good night's sleep. The owners were involved, warm and caring, and made sure guests were happy. Breakfast is served at a typical local coffee shop, with great cappuccino. A perfect choice for me and my family, I totally recommend it!

Quiet, and reasonably close to a nice pedestrian area, but is this really luxury? It's just a room, and feels overpriced for what you get. No view, in-room coffee, USBs, parking or breakfast. It was hard to find, the English support was inadequate, and there was little help for tourists.

The room was newly renovated, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom, right on the edge of the city center. The hosts were friendly and offered tips on places to visit without being asked. Just keep in mind these are rented rooms, not a hotel, so no staff are on site for questions, though they respond quickly by phone. Breakfast is served off site at a traditional Italian place. It was very nice, with coffee, fresh juice and a choice of two sweet croissants or beignets. My concern is fire safety: there were no smoke or fire detectors, hoses, extinguishers or alarm switch. I strongly encourage the owners to address that. It was a great stay otherwise.
