The communal kitchen is well thought out and lets you prepare your own food, while the location is tranquil but very central, close to all amenities. Being able to come and go without fuss suited me just fine. From the other reviews, I understand CMH has three rooms: small and medium on the first floor, and a large one covering the whole second floor. We had the medium, a huge, stunningly appointed room with plenty of space, character, and luxurious touches. Calling CMH a B&B is misleading since breakfast isn't provided. I thoroughly recommend it. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that I don't as a rule.

The location is perfect, and Fabrizio was incredibly nice and quick to respond. We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The place is beautiful, with careful attention to detail, and the room is spacious and bright. Everything feels very high quality. We recommend it 100%.

Fabrizio was a very kind host and gave us lots of good tips on where to go and eat in Cagliari. The apartment has a really distinctive design, with lots of stylish details, and it was very clean. Everything we needed was there, including toothbrushes and bathrobes. Highly recommended!

The service was top-notch, and the manager responded quickly. This is a small, well-run guesthouse in Cagliari's lower town, a short walk from the train station and on level ground. That's much easier for anyone who finds the uphill walk to a hotel in the upper town difficult. The area may not have as much historical importance, but it's a much easier walk to get around.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the location was great. Rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious, with a walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub. The furniture and materials are high quality.
