We were unsure at first because the hotel had only opened a month earlier and had no Tripadvisor listing, but those doubts disappeared as soon as we arrived. It's a beautifully converted farm in a small town, surrounded by fruit trees. The rooms keep an Apulian feel while adding modern touches, and the quiet makes it feel like you're out in the countryside, even though the town itself doesn't have much going on. Breakfast is on the terrace, with fruit, cakes, meats, pastries, juices and the option to order eggs. On my husband's birthday, the staff surprised him with a lovely cake. The two women on staff really went the extra mile, and Alice was especially helpful, friendly and polite. Everything was spotlessly clean, with plenty of places to relax. The peaceful pool area was a great place to spend our last day, and Alice made me a delicious salad. We'd happily return and recommend it. You'll need a car to explore, though Lecce is under a 10-minute drive away.

Alice deserves a special thank you for her warm smile and excellent service. We’d love to come back one day. The place feels like an oasis, with peaceful gardens, a lovely pool and comfortable modern rooms topped with charming vaulted ceilings. It’s only 10 minutes from Lecce, and many of the region’s coastal treasures are around 40 minutes away. Breakfast is self-serve in the farmhouse beside the rooms, with fresh fruit, pastries and cereal, plus eggs and coffee on request. Insta - @coach_stapes

The property is wonderful overall, with new, well-planned amenities, a lovely breakfast, parking and beautiful grounds. Unfortunately, during our two-night stay the heating system broke, so we couldn't shower, despite the efforts to get it fixed.

A quiet, private little haven with top-notch hospitality and a carefully maintained new property. The big, beautiful pool sits among orchard-like park grounds, so we didn't even feel like heading to the beach. Breakfast was delicious and traditional, and just right for a relaxing stay. The location makes it easy to enjoy Lecce, and the trulli area and both the Adriatic and Ionian Seas are within about an hour by car. Nothing to complain about, just relax and enjoy. Highly recommended!

Silvana and Simone were so kind and helpful, and the hospitality and service were excellent. We spent three wonderful nights here, in a spacious, clean room and a beautiful setting among citrus trees, with a magnificent swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent too, with local and homemade products. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
