The worst part of our stay was coming back at 17:30 to find our room door wide open and unlocked. The cleaner had gone in but hadn't cleaned, leaving our suitcases and valuables accessible all day. We contacted the owner, who replied hours later, said it was an accident and that the cleaner wasn't feeling too well. There was no compensation, just a late apology that felt apathetic. We felt very unsafe. On arrival, we were also disappointed to learn breakfast wouldn't be served during our stay, even though it was included in the price and the itinerary said it would be served in the room. The property photos are very deceiving, and the bed was so uncomfortable that my partner and I could feel the springs digging into our ribs. We slept terribly. We've had many pleasant hotel stays in Sardenga, but I wouldn't recommend this guest house.

The breakfast was a real highlight, very complete and brought every morning at the agreed time. The location worked well, since Cagliari is hilly and the sights we wanted to see are in the upper part of town. Cleanliness, though, left a lot to be desired. The breakfast utensils were always dirty, so we had to wash them before using them the next day. There's also a stain that other guests have mentioned, apparently from juice, and it's still there. During our four-night stay, shower gel and shampoo were provided only on the first day, and we had to ask for more.

A new property right in the heart of Cagliari, with a very central location. My boyfriend and I stayed one night and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. I highly recommend it. Paola and Pier Luigi

Even with its central location on busy streets, the place was peaceful, which was a lovely surprise. The hospitality was excellent, and the rooms were spacious and clean, with a very large bathroom. I'd definitely come back.
