The location works well, between Poetto beach and the city center, and the rooms were decent. Some have air conditioning, which was nice 😎. But the floors weren't cleaned often enough and ended up covered in beach sand. The owner was rude, and I occasionally found a cockroach in the house 🪳. The walls are probably moldy, judging by the bright yellow paint.

I spent a week here and felt really at home. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and really nice, and the owner was super friendly. The B&B is well placed, close to both the city and the sea. I'd recommend it to everyone, you'll love it! 👍🏻

A clean, nicely equipped place close to the center. A good spot to stay in Calgiari.

We had such a lovely holiday ❤️. There are trees and lots of greenery along the avenue in the neighborhood, and getting around was easy: the bus stop is right outside, and there was free public parking throughout the area. The location also made it easy to explore the whole city and nearby beaches.
