I had a really good time, and for a place right in the center, the value for money was excellent. I'd recommend it.

The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were knowledgeable and always ready to help. The weights room is a little small, but it's lovely and elegant. The location is excellent, with several CTM lines and the metro close by.

The instructors were very helpful, but most of my experience at the pool years ago was disappointing. The pool didn't seem to get cleaned regularly, often had a bad smell, and the water was frequently dirty and cold. They also put more people into shifts than allowed. The showers weren't disinfected either, and I ended up with fungal infections.

I stopped by to ask about joining and am considering signing up in September. The gym is right in the center and has a small separate pool as well as a weights room. They offer different classes at various times, and the friendly, knowledgeable staff explained them clearly.
