10/10
The location is a 10/10, close to the train station and everything in Cagliari. The room had what I needed, with a comfortable bed and a good TV, and the hotel itself felt cozy and nice. Getting to the room was straightforward thanks to clear instructions, and everything was clean. The only downside was hearing some cleaning sounds in the morning, or a little noise from outside. I highly recommend the place.

The bathroom is roomy and has a nice shower, though the sink and faucet are awkward to use, and I couldn't keep water from splashing outside the sink. There are a few handy extras in the clean, spacious rooms, including a mini fridge, hairdryer, and ironing board. The B&B has just opened and is nicely organized, with electronic keys that were useful for our late arrival. I found it on Google Maps and was happy with the choice. Andrea, who handled the booking, was very kind and helpful. We chose the breakfast option, and Mona, the girl who served it in the morning, was kind and helpful too. See photos.

The service stood out, especially the kind, pleasant women who look after breakfast and housekeeping. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, and large, and the location is excellent, close to all the main attractions. I highly recommend it.
