I liked Fra Cielo e Mare so much that I extended my stay. The building has modern, chic rooms and interiors, and it’s right in the heart of the city. The gorgeous rooftop terrace is the standout, with a great view of the city and the Bastione. It’s a lovely place to lounge in the sun, watch the sunset, or do yoga. Carmen and Giacomo, the property managers, are wonderful hosts, friendly and hospitable, and make sure you have a great stay. They can also share useful recommendations for activities and car rental options, which is handy if it’s your first time in the city. I’d recommend this place to solo travelers, couples, or families.

Carmen, the owner, and Alessandra were both so kind and ready to answer all sorts of questions. The hotel is a real little gem, and its spot makes it easy to explore the city on foot. Getting to the beach area takes up to 25 minutes by public transport. I'd happily recommend a visit.

The restaurant next door, Sa Tracca, was a real highlight, with great local food, amazing pizza, and lovely service. The hotel is right by the city center, with a gorgeous rooftop deck and a cozy boutique feel. Breakfast was good, and my room was just right. I also saw several of the apartments available for families, which looked great. Being able to rent a scooter or car there was very handy. Such a nice surprise in Cagliari, definitely recommend it.

A lovely little secret in Cagliari. The hotel is chic, and the staff are friendly and helpful with whatever you need, whether that's parking details, places to eat and have coffee, sightseeing, or boat trips. Breakfast was very good, and the coffee in the morning tasted great.

We came to Cagliari for a week for our first visit, to attend an Italian course, and the location made it easy to walk to bars, restaurants, and all four quarters. We stayed in the Scirocco Suite, which had AC and was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Alessandra and Christine looked after us so well. Alessandra was always there for questions and recommendations, and arranged our airport rides. Christine made breakfast each morning and soon knew what we liked, so it was ready for us. They even left us pastries to remember Sardegna, and Christine packed breakfast goodies for our early departure. Such a thoughtful surprise. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
