Suzanna made my one-night stay feel especially warm and welcoming. She really embodies kindness and hospitality, and I’m grateful for such a memorable visit. The Guest House is new and tastefully decorated, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a generous, delicious breakfast. It’s also just a short walk from the port and the historic center. I’ll happily stay with her again when I’m next in Cagliari. Strongly recommend! :)

Breakfast was one of the best parts, with plenty to choose from: fresh fruit, eggs, milk, bread, and more. The apartment was comfortable and beautifully furnished, with thoughtful touches throughout, and daily cleaning kept it spotless. Susanna was a welcoming, helpful host. The building has historic character, while the renovation inside brings in modern comforts. We had a wonderful four-night stay. Highly recommended!

The location made it easy to reach the bars and restaurants, all less than a 10-minute walk away. Susanna was a very welcoming host, and the breakfast was amazing. We stayed one night in this historic building, in an elegant, comfortable room that was clean. We could also collect our luggage after checkout. I’d highly recommend it.

We always found the rooms clean and pleasant, and after one trip we came back to lemon cookies waiting in our room. The owner gave us really good tips on places to see around the city. We were warmly welcomed, and the service was perfect. The location was just right too.

Breakfast each morning included local eggs and cheese, fresh bread and croissants, freshly cut fruit, and more. Suzanna also made sure every detail in the beautifully decorated rooms was taken care of, and she was ready to help with anything we needed. Her warmth and hospitality are hard to put into words. We spent four days in Cagliari and got clear instructions for entering the building. Guest House 75 is on the first floor of a fascinating old building that’s been renovated around an inner courtyard. Inside, it feels like a stylish retro apartment, with tasteful decor. It’s centrally located, about five minutes from the train station, restaurants, the sea, shops, and main sights. We truly enjoyed our stay and wholeheartedly recommend it 100%!
