Hotel Nautilus Excelsior - Adults Only

The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choice. Our room was clean and very comfortable, with a nice balcony and Jacuzzi tub looking out over the sea. Set back from the road, the hotel grounds felt private. The staff were terrific too. I’d definitely stay again.

We felt welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and ready to help with anything we needed. The place was elegant and comfortable, and breakfast with that panoramic view was amazing. We’d gladly choose it again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cagliari.

On our first trip to Sardinia, the hotel we’d originally booked turned out to look nothing like its pictures, so we decided not to stay there. While waiting for check-in time, we walked around and came across Hotel Nautilus Excelsior. We loved it and thought switching would give us the best possible first experience of Sardinia. Reception confirmed they had a room for all five nights we needed, so we booked it and worked on cancelling the other reservation. We also asked if they could help us get our luggage from the first hotel. Management was more than accommodating and helped transfer our things. We couldn’t be happier with the decision. Hotel Nautilus Excelsior and its staff were exceptional, and we had one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Thank you so much!

There was a lot of noise coming through between rooms. The classic rooms are spacious, but the bathroom is too small for two people at once. I also missed having a table or similar place to set luggage so it doesn’t have to go on the floor. I took the time to send these suggestions and would appreciate a response, since I hope they can help with future improvements.
