The terrace has a beautiful panorama, day or night, and from the large window beside the bed you can enjoy a splendid view over Cagliari. The apartment is cozy, clean, and excellent, with a lovely Jacuzzi. It’s a welcoming spot for relaxing for a while or having a romantic break from everyday life. The downside is getting up to the fifth floor of an old building in the historic center, since the stairs are a bit tiring. Otherwise, I loved it and think we’ll come back.

We were impressed by the very large terrace and its beautiful panorama, and the tub and breathtaking view in the room left us speechless. The owner was kind and helped with everything we needed. The room was clean and had everything we needed; after three nights, they changed the towels and took away the trash. The only drawback with the building was the entrance and the 70 steps up to the room.

The room and view are very beautiful, but it wasn’t very clean. The tub felt slimy, and when we filled it, bits of something were floating in the water. We had to empty it and wash it ourselves. There was sand in the dirty sheets, so I guess they hadn’t been changed. The room is in an old building that I think is unsafe.

The value for the price isn’t great, and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The champagne glasses left for us were plastic and overused. Either give me disposable plastic ones or provide glass ones I can clean. The terrace is accessed separately from the apartment, which perhaps should be made clear. The TV is ancient and only gets the usual RAI and Mediaset channels. The tub was the only positive, though I overlooked its cleanliness because, once filled, it had floating bits of "stuff" in it before we got in.

We had a lovely view from both the room and terrace. The bed and jacuzzi were clean, unlike what I’d read in other negative reviews. The bathtub itself was dirty, though, and the old building doesn’t have a very nice entrance.
