The apartment is spacious, modern and looks brand new, with a large living room, satellite TV and lots of channels. The entrance is a little small, like many homes around there, but inside there's plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped, with even the basic supplies in the cupboard, and there's both a bathtub and a shower. We also enjoyed the beautiful photo albums about Sardinian culture. There were lots of pillows, towels, duvets and throws. December brought sunny days and cool nights, and we had both AC and central heating. Signora Molto was warm, friendly, charming and full of useful tips. She told us about the indoor market, museum, beach, harbor, nearby shop, restaurants and neighborhoods, all within walking distance. We bought a single bus ticket to lovely Poetto Beach and saw pink flamingos. She speaks English, and we had plenty of privacy throughout the stay. We came away feeling recharged for winter. The location is ideal, close to shops and the sea, and we'd definitely book again.
