Very central location. The rooms are clean and tidy, but there’s no breakfast. Reception is in the owner’s kitchen on the first floor, and she only speaks Italian.

The hotel unfortunately ruined our stay in Cagliari. The furniture was old, we found huge cockroaches in the room, and neither the air conditioning nor the hot water worked. We tried contacting the owner several times and got no response. We had to threaten to get our money back before they changed our room, so at least we could have hot water. There weren’t even towels in the room. It’s overpriced and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a peaceful night even though this 1-star hotel is right in central Cagliari, overlooking Via Sardegna, which fills with tables and people in the evenings. The owner made us feel at home, and the place is definitely worth a visit. You don’t need a restaurant here, since the fun is choosing somewhere in the alleys.

We spent a few days here with my wife and son and had a relaxing, stress-free holiday. The welcome was warm, and the place is right in the heart of Cagliari, close to the port and all the public transport stops.

The location is perfect, but the property wasn’t worth staying at. The staff were unprofessional, and the prices were exorbitant for what was offered. Our room had old furniture, a dilapidated bathroom, and no elevator. A terrible experience.
