It’s right by the beach and main esplanade, so you’re not spending much time in the small rooms. The air conditioning worked well, and the beds were good.

The hotel says it offers accessibility, but when I asked about staying for five months and whether I could choose it because it had an elevator, given my serious heart and mobility issues that make stairs life-threatening for me, the response was brutal. They denied availability with what I believe were blatantly false claims about opening dates, then automatically canceled my reservation at their other property, which also had no elevator. I was accused of “inappropriate behavior” just for canceling a February stay for health reasons, with proper notice and as courteously as I could. They told me never to contact them again. I feel management speculates on prices, with rates inflated compared with the website, and turns away vulnerable customers to avoid basic logistical needs. If you have a disability, stay away. They treated my health as a “disruption” to their corporate policies. A horrifying and unspeakable experience. I hope sharing this warns others, especially those with health issues or disabilities.
