Hotel Baia Imperiale & Spa

The hotel is lovely and well cared for, but it was the people who made the stay memorable. Everyone, from reception to the service team, was warm, helpful, and clearly put real care into making guests comfortable. The food was delicious, too. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I’ll be back!

What made the place special was how cared for we felt. The staff were multilingual, welcoming, and always ready to help. Thanks to Federica and Olesya for their support, and to Antonella in the restaurant, whose cheerful smile made dinner feel special. On Fridays there was a cozy Aperitivo night with music and free drinks before dinner. We stayed in July and didn’t want to leave. Our clean, well-kept triple room had a small balcony and sea view, and housekeeping came every day. Breakfast was fresh and above average; dinner felt restaurant-quality, with a varied buffet of hot dishes, pasta, and cold appetizers that changed daily. The hotel is right on the beachfront. Private beaches nearby have sunbeds for rent, while a free public beach with soft sand is a short walk away. The shallow sea was great for relaxing. There are bike rentals for trips to the old town and local shops. Beach towels were free, and the indoor pool could be used with a reservation. A peaceful beach holiday with lovely people and great food. We’d definitely come back!

The hotel opens straight onto the beach, so there’s no road to cross, and it’s beside some of the best restaurants. We stayed for a week and had a great experience. They gave us a lovely, spacious room with both a bathtub and a separate shower, and the maids were wonderful. The team were professional, attentive, and very friendly, and they treated the children so well. For International Women's Day, every woman received beautiful flowers at breakfast and at check-in. One of my best experiences.

Right by the sea, with clean rooms and friendly staff who quickly make you feel like family. The food is really healthy, with lots of fruit and vegetables, and the pasta is amazing.
