Hotel Baden Baden

We spent five days and four nights here for some beach and sea time, and had a really good stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was cleaned every day, and it was clean and recently renovated. Though small, it felt cozy and had a TV, good air conditioning, and, in our case, a fairly spacious balcony. It would’ve helped to have a line or somewhere to hang wet clothes. The pillows were a bit too hard for us, and the bathroom was tiny, which might be uncomfortable for larger people. Breakfast was good, with cereal, pastries, coffee, juice, sausages, ham, cheese, and more. There were sometimes vegan choices like soy milk. We wished there’d been more fresh fruit, since it was usually only watermelon or melon. The hotel has a nearby restaurant where guests get a discount for lunch or dinner, and the food there was really delicious. The beach is about a five-minute walk away. The hotel also has an arrangement with a nearby beach for discounted sunbeds and umbrellas, which was convenient. You can hear noise in the hallway, but we slept well. Once people were in their rooms it was generally quiet, though that depends on your neighbors. Rimini’s centre is a bit far: it took us about 20 minutes by electric scooter, around an hour on foot, or you can take a bus. For a two-star hotel, everything was great, and we were very happy with our stay.
