They kept our bags for free for about six hours after checkout, which was really handy. Breakfast was a little sparse, but it was off season, so that seemed fair. The price for what you get is great. I’ve stayed in dozens of hotels and can’t find anything to complain about here: it was clean, smelled fine, had no mold, and both the Wi-Fi and TV worked. I’d recommend it.

We were there from January 22 to 25. It was pretty cold, and there was no heating in the room. The towels were the worst part: after a shower they wouldn’t dry, and housekeeping didn’t replace them.

Parking isn’t at the hotel itself. Still, Simone at reception was amazing, so quick to respond and really helpful. Our room was just right, with nice attention to the details, and breakfast in the morning was lovely. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and I had a really nice one-night stay at L’Ambasciata. The room was pleasant, the service was great, and I even had a massage. It’s an easy walk from the train station, with shops and other amenities nearby. It did get a little noisy at night, though that may depend on the season and whether the windows are shut properly.

Stefania at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and tidy. There’s a breakfast buffet downstairs each morning, and they even ask if you’d like a fresh croissant. Nothing beats one straight from the oven! The hotel is in the Marina district, a block from Sant'Eulalia church, surrounded by great restaurants. We walked there from the train station after arriving from the airport, and it was easy to find. It’s also handy for buses and trains. Cagliari has loads to see and do, and I’m surprised it isn’t more popular with tourists. I’d happily stay here for a week next time to explore the city and nearby beaches. Highly recommended.
